USCF President Larry Lee made 4-day business trip to Shenyang from May 10 through May 13. 
During his stay in Shenyang , USCF President Lee met separately with advisors in Shenyang and Liaoning Province including Wang Jindi , Wang Jinying, Jiao Yanqing, Yan Zhanyuan, Wang Xiaoli, Chen Yuanzheng, Pei Zhengbo, and Song Baili, etc. 
In addition, USCF President Lee attended “The Presenting Conference for Shenyang Economic Region” hosted by Liaoning Provincial government at Marriott & Wanxing Hotel in Shenyang on the first day of Larry’s arrival there. Governor of Liaoning Province , Chen Zhenggao, made a keynote speech at this presenting conference, and mayors of 8 cities in Shenyang Economic Region separately introduced the main projects in their cities to introduce Shenyang Economic Region nationwide and to the world.

USCF President, accompanied with Qiu Guisheng, USCF senior advisor in real estate, and other two colleagues visited the Shen Fu New City which is located in the joining part between Shenyang and Fushun City on May 25, 2010. Shen Fu New City is a joint New Town between Shenyang and Fushun , which will become the core area in Shenyang economic region- the new manufacturing base, the financial center, the modern logistics center, the commercial center, the technology innovation center and the important transport hub. It is no doubt that Shen Fu New City will become the core city for the implementation of national strategy of establishing “Liaoning Costal Economic Belt” and the booster of revitalizing Liaoning old industrial base in the future. 
On the same day, Yang Xuehai, the vice mayor of Fushun City , had a pleasant lunch banquant together with USCF President Lee and his team. Over the lunch, President Lee explained that USCF planned to set up a “ Sino-US High-Tech Park ” in Fushun Development Zone. He hoped Fushun Development Zone could provide with 3,000 mu of land at reasonable price for this Sino-US High-Tech Park to introduce the advanced technologies and industry and investors in China and the US . Mayor Yang greatly appreciated this creative plan and hoped Sino-US High-Tech Park initiated by the USCF could occupy Fushun Development Zone as early as possible. Liu Ping, Director of Fushun Foreign Affairs Office, and other officials from Fushun municipal government joined the lunch. 
This visit got great attention from the Fushun municipal government. Xu Qiang, the deputy chief of Fushun Foreign Economic Cooperation Bureau, prepared well in advance for this visit and sent a business van for the transportation for this whole visit. President Lee and his team especially visited Fushun Development Zone and the land for industrial project development, which are located inisde Shen Fu New City.

USCF President Lee, and Li Ning, who is the general manager of Lang Lang in China , met with Fang Xiangdong, the director of Foreign Affairs Office of Shenyang in the afternoon of May 26, in 2010. 
During the meeting, President Lee explained director Fang that USCF planned to make Lang Lang the international image ambassador for Shenyang . As we know, Lang Lang who was born in Shenyang is a very famous international pianist today, President Lee also added the program of building a Lang Lang Musical Square in Shenyang, what will be made up of both multiple musical elements and modern factors, to promote Shenyang’s new image of international metropolitan which is opening to the outside world and representing the fashion city. After the construction of the Lang Lang Musical Square , there will be an art and musical festival every year to make this new thriving city filled with the artistic blazes forever. In the conversation, Li Ning, the general manager of Lang Lang in China , explained the current information about Lang Lang to the leaders of foreign affairs office in Shenyang and also said Lang Lang hoped he could make more contributions to his hometown. Director Fang gave many valuable suggestions on putting this program into operation while he highly praised Lang Lang’s ideas; he said the Foreign Affairs Office and the Culture Bureau of Shenyang would give great support to these programs. 
Wang Jingying, the deputy director of Foreign Affairs Office of Shenyang, and Lu Ming, the deputy director general of the Bureau of Europe, Africa, America and Oceania , were also present at this meeting. 
Li Ning flew to Shenyang and met with the officials from Foreign Affairs of Shenyang through President Lee, then returned to Beijing that night after the meeting.
