1. Larry Lee, the president of USCF met with Chen Cheng, the vice-governor of Hainan province who is the in-charge person of Hainan tourist and financial work. The general manager of Hainan Tourist Corporation, Wang Junwu and the general manager of Hainan Touist Corporation International Agency, Yang Wenbo also attended this meeting with other representatives of other companies.

2. Larry Lee, the president of USCF met with Zhang Qi, the director general of Hainan Provincial Tourist Bureau on May 6 with Yang Wenbo the general manager of Hainan Touist Corporation International Agency. Maya Wu, the assistant to Larry Lee in Hainan and the director of international affairs also attended this meeting.

3. Larry Lee, the president of USCF met with many famous Hainan enterprisers about education and training project. The local enterprisers showed great interest in the project and hoped to join it.

4. Larry Lee, the president of USCF flew to Da Lian on May 12 with Wang Yaxiong, a very famous lawyer in the US and spent two-days project-review activity.

The day they arrived, they at once drove to Lu Shun and review and visit Information and Technology Department of Da Lian Communication University. There are a good environment of teaching and rather complete advanced teaching facilities. The old friend of USCF and the president of this department. Mr. Yang hoped to develop the teaching cooperation of “Chinese Culuture” with USCF. So far, the students of the US take the Chinese as the popular thing. The projuect is very promising for our view about this win-win cooperation.

In the morning of May 13, Larry reviewed Da Lian Electricity Power of Private Owned Enterprise with Lawyer Wang Yaxiong and they discussed it deeply about the issue of finance.

The modern famous calligrapher of Wei Bei, Mr. Wang Shanli and the Administration Supervisor of USCF, Ma Di went to Dalian on May 12 to pay a two-day visit with President Larry Lee.

5. Larry Lee, the president of USCF met with the vice general manager, Mr.Ning Zhi rong of Liaoning Airport Management Group and Mr. Song Jiancheng, the vice general manager of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport Co., Ltd on May 14 with Mr. Shi Yunzhi, the special assistant to President Larry Lee and the general manager of Northeast District in China of US-China Culuture and Media Group and Mr. Zhang Fengxiang, the general manager of Shenyang International Air Service also the important partner of USCF.

Both had a meaningful discussion about how to make Shenyang Taoxian International Airport become the middle station of airlines between the direct airlines of Sino-US. Both believed that great marketing and social benefit took place whtn Shenyang became the middle station of airlines between the direct airlines of Sino-US. Also, there are many conditions in mant aspects. So far, the passenger flow every year of Shenyang Taoxian International Airport which is the largest airport of Northeast distriect in China can get as high as more than 5 million persons. However, some hundred thousand passengers must go to the US through South Korea, Japan and Beijing and Shanghai airlines to change the stations. So, Shenyang as the center of Politicis, Economics and Culuture in the northeast of China and the status and geographical position of Air hinge, it is much expected to open the middle station of airlines between the direct airlines of Sino-US as early as possible.

Shenyang Airport welcomes USCF to join the matter and hope to take the role of bridge between Sino-US’s Airline Field and the local governments. Besides, USCF will positively do the communication work between Sino-US.

President Larry Lee is glad to receive the invitation from Shenyang Airport to come to Shenyang and stated that he had reached related wills about the issue of tourist chartered plane from Hainan to Hawaii through Shenyang with the top manager of American four airlines and the officials and Hawaii( the councilman of the city of Honolulu). USCF is happy to make his best effort to carry out this good thing.

Both discussed the possibilities and feasibilities of this cooperation in detail and reached an agreement on the chartered plane, open fixed airlines gradually and the developmental stratagem of Airlines. So, both expressed to keep regular and close contact with each other to steadily and positively promote the issue of direct fly from Shenyang to Hawaii and discussed the beneficial cooperation on Airlines Training and many other aspects.

6. The branch of USCF, Hainan office is being set up initaly around International Trade, the business and financial district in Haikou city, Hainan province and all the preparation work are ready for Hainan office.
