1,On October. 11, Ms Ling Luo, the chairman of Asian Americans for Hillary Clinton and another important friend, the former councilman Mr. Guan Jinpeng(the co-Chairman of the committee of election for Hillary Clinton) together attended the national connecting meeting held by the Capital Bank in Houston. They called on Chinese who already got the green card of USA positively were involved in the political activities and made practical behaviors to promote the social position and effect of them in the US.The party for the 15th anniversary of USCF was held in Shenyang.
2, In the afternoon of October 21, 2007, the deputy mayor of Shenyang municipal government, Song Qi who is in charge of foreign economy and foreign exchanges and investment met with Mr. Tom Griffin, the CEO of American Abon Capital Management Group and President Larry Lee. Both discussed widely about the related investment projects The whole meeting was full of friendship, trust, understand and privity. 3, In the evening of October 21, 2007, “the final contest of the first 2007 World Tour Ambassador also the awarding party in China” held by USCF and the Young Travel Agency, Shenyang and Shenyang TV was broadcasted live in the performing hall. The president of USCF, Larry Lee and the former Ambassador to UN, the senior advisor of USCF, Qin Huasun and the manager of Sino-US Entertainment in the northeast of China, the assistant to President Larry Lee, Shi Yunzhi and the senior investment advisor Mr. Tom Griffin, Jiao Yanqing, the member of USCF, Yan Zhanyuan and others were invited to attend the awarding party. The contesters of the party represented 16 cities from different contest stations and their performance is full of energy and passion. Also they showed the deep strength of travel culture. The top ten contesters were the winners. The Ambassador Qin Huasun and President Larry Lee awarded the prizes to the winner and the second contester and gave the Austrian crystal necklace- the heart of the sea which were made in the US to the top three contesters.
4, The party for the 15th anniversary of USCF also the 8th anniversary of the foundation for Shenyang office was held in Lido Sharton Hotel, Shenyang on the evening of October. 22. Hundreds of guests from different fields were invited to attend the party. The deputy mayor of the Shenyang municipal government Ms. Wang Ling made a speech in the party and made a very high comment for USCF’s great effort on developing economy, culture, business and other communication and cooperation between Sino-US. Qin Huasun who is the senior advisor of USCF and former Ambassador to UN also had a speech in the party. The Ambassador Qin Huasun pointed that the non-governmental exchange in these two countries became more and more important and USCF is such a exclusive NGO and USCF did a lot of useful work for wide exchange in many fields in China and the US. He specially spoke highly of the president and co-founder and CEO of USCF, Larry Lee’s great strategy plan and practical, detailed work for USCF.
5, On October 23, 2007, the deputy mayor of Shenyang municipal government, Zhao Changyi met with Mr. Tom Griffin who is the CEO of American Aibon Capital Group in the Meeting Room 202 in the hall of the government. He is specially introduced by USCF to review the environment of the investment and other related projects. Both had a happy and frank talk about the environment of the investment. Mr. Tom Griffin spoke highly of environment of the investment in Shenyang and he is willing to develop in the north of China. The president of USCF, Larry Lee, the manager of Sino-US Entertainment Group in the northeast of China, Shi Yunzhi and advisors of USCF, Jiao Yanqing and Yan Zhanyuan attended the meeting with Mr. Tom Griffin.
The president of USCF, Larry Lee made a brief introduction of the important events and projects and cooperation between Sino-US for the 15 years of USCF especially 8 years of USCF’s Shenyang office to the guests in the party. He also announced that the high forum for enterprisers of China and the US will be held next Spring. He insisted the form will be held before the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. It must bring larger business opportunities for China’s market economy and the development for investment.
The top ten beauties who just got awards in the final contest of “the World Tour Ambassador” performed in the party and this made the party more active. 6, The 2007 China Model Awaid Pageant which USCF held and joined started on October. 29 and the president of USCF, Larry Lee and the senior advisor of USCF and the former ambassador to UN, Qin Huasun joined the ceremony.
