1, On September 1, President Larry Lee met with the president Liu Jiren of Neusoft and they both had a friendly discussion about their cooperation.

2, On September 2, President Larry Lee was invited to attend the final awarding party of the first 2007 world Tour Ambassadors in Liaoning district in China. The party was broadcast live by Shenyang television. Larry and the officials of the Shenyang government awarded the prizes to the winner. The final match of the first 2007 world Tour Ambassadors in China will be held on Oct.21 and then the senior managers of USCF will join. The event will be broadcasted live by CCTV—4.

3, On September 3, President Larry Lee went to a company in Dalian with Tom Griffin and they did some work for stock ownership and financing. Also they met with the corporate representative and the president of the company. They reached a first agreement on all-directional strategic cooperation.

4, On September 4, President Larry Lee visited Dalian Information and Technology Institute. Doc. Yang Dexin who is our strategic partner and the headmaster of this institute and his wife also with many other people who had high positions of the institute accompanied with Larry to visit the institute.

5, On September 5, President Larry Lee met met with the member of our foundation Mr Jiang Shiguo who is the president of a company in Dalian.

6, On September 18, a member of our foundation— a very famous enterpriser, specially came to Beijing to attend a meeting about investment and financing held by our foundation. Our strategic investment partner— the president and a CEO and some other related important persons of a famous investment agency of Beijing attended the meeting.

7, On the afternoon of September 18, President Larry Lee and the main leaders of a Beijing five-star hotel talked about the building of projects of US—Elite Club in Tsinghua Science and Technology Garden. The main three leaders of the projects all attended the meeting and accompanied with Larry to visit the facilities of over 8,000 square meters. The whole club was decorated very fantastic and it had very high elegance. The club was well-appointed and had many function. The USCF will be the main operator and manager in the work of the operation of the five-star club. The club is expected to be open before the end of this fall.

8, On September 20, the Forum of China International Venture Capital was held in Shenyang. President Larry Lee was specially invited to attend the meeting and met with many new and old friends. The chief representative of Shenyang office Su Ning also attended the main activities of the forum.

9, On September 21, the Art Director and soprano Julia. Jiali Zhu was invited by the Symphony Orchestra of China National Opera and Dance-Drama Theater. She attended the concert “Forever Deng Lijun, Deng Lijun’s evergreen songs’ concert” and she sang three classic songs which were very popular among the audience.

10, The senior financial advisor of the USCF Michael Bianco visited China recently and on September 22, he specially came to our Beijing office of the USCF in spite of the fatigue of traveling and he talked in large range about Beijing Olympic Games, US-China Entertainment and Culture Group, investment companies and many other business with President Larry Lee. After the meeting, President Larry Lee invited Michael Bianco to dinner.

11, On the evening of September 23, the senior advisor of the USCF, China former Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary and permanent representative to UN and President Larry Lee were specially invited to attend a charity awarding party held for Special Olympic Games. Our Art Director and soprano Julia. Jiali Zhu was invited as a special artist specially sang the song “Farewell Mood in New York” which she sang first and she is the original singer of the song. The song is written by Minister Li Zhaoxing, composed by Han Kewen. The good friend of our foundation Deng Yao did piano accompany for Art Director Julia. Jiali Zhu. Julia. Jiali Zhu’s song received intense claps from the audience.

12, The Mid-Autumn Day is coming, we sent delicate presents to all our senior advisors.

13, The US-China Entertainment and Culture Group which the USCF has 100% shares in it was successfully registered in the US. The special assistant to President Larry Lee, Mr. Shi Yunzhi was the general manager in Dongbei district. The group will take culture and entertainment industry as its center and will demonstrate its prowess.

14, On September.26, President Larry Lee and the Art Director Julia. Jiali Zhu took a flight to the US to inspect the work there. In the evening of September 28, President Larry Lee and President Julia. Jiali Zhu were invited to attend a pompous banquet for China’s National Day in the district of large Houston and met with many members and friends in every field from China and the USA.
