July was a busy month for USCF, as USCF President Larry Lee traveled to New York twice, on July 12 and again on July 28 to meet with clients, investors and financiers.

On the evening of July 3, at the eve of US 230th anniversary celebration, Larry Lee was invited by US General Consulate to Shanghai Kenneth Jarrett to the celebration party held in Portman Hotel. At the party, Larry Lee met with many officials in General Consulate to Shanghai and the officials in Shanghai government and people from all walks of life.

On July 4, Larry Lee met with many entrepreneurs and members of USCF in Shanghai. He met with Sales Supervisor Luo Qin of Neusoft company on the morning of July 4 and discussed the matter of cooperation. Song Dingyuan, the Chief Representative of Shanghai Office of USCF accompanied Larry Lee during the visit to Shanghai.

In mid-July, Mr. Lee was in Atlanta for meetings with Mr. Yong Pan and Mr. Paul Bai, officials heading up the Asian Village Project. Mr. Lee, following a meeting with the Board of Directors, signed a formal agreement with Mr. Pan and Mr. Bai, making USCF the Project Promotion Agent in China.

President Larry Lee then traveled to Neuisys Headquarters in Greensboro, North Carolina on July 22 for meetings with CEO Kim Russell. The two discussed the progress over the past year, and Mr. Russell informed Mr. Lee that there are three or four times as many orders this year compared to last year. The business of Neuisys has good prospects.

President Lee continued on to Chicago on July 25, where he met with senior officials in the Chinese Consulate to discuss future cultural exchange activities in Chicago. Consulate Li expressed his appreciation for the Splendid Fashions of China Throughout the Ages show and explicitly promised to support the tour show in Chicago, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and Missouri.

USCF and its associates maintain frequent communication with partners in Houston with respect to the US - China Friendship Fund.
