The annual Beijing Graduate Recruitment Exhibition was held in Renmin University of China on March 1st 2006. The United States and China Foundation, organized by the President of USCF Mr. Larry L. Lee, Chief Representative of Beijing office Hu Dongyuan, President Assistant Dai Tongde and Art & Culture Exchange Assistant Wang Di, were present there on the invitation of the Employment Office, Renmin University of China. There was no doubt that the USCF was the most popular booth of the exhibition. At 9:30 that morning, when the other booths were still preparing for the Exhibition, recruiters of USCF had already been closely crowded with the students. The job seekers did not stop sending resumes to USCF till 12:00am. The recruiters were so occupied to receive the visiting students that no one had time to have lunch. The recruitment exhibition lasted until 16:00 that afternoon. According to the primary statistics, USCF received over 3,000 resumes in total including those from the most famous universities in China, for instance, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Nankai University, Central University of Finance and Economics, Beijing Foreign Studies University, etc., and the education background of those applicants ranged from bachelor, master to doctor degree. Besides, many students with overseas learning experiences also keep an eye on the USCF.

March 4th 2006, the signature ceremony of the establishment of USCF Southwest Office was held in Beijing Damingtang Restaurant. 5th March 2006, President Larry L. Lee flied to Los Angeles, then Montreal, Chicago, New York City, New Jersey, North Carolina, etc. to inspect the work process and arrange major businesses concerning the investment fund.
