News Letter of USCF for December, 2005

The month of December 2005 is a pleasant month. During this very month, we miss especially the friends all over the world who have been caring about and supporting us. We sent more than 100 postcards to these friends expressing best wishes from Larry Lee, president of USCF and all employees of USCF during the period of Christmas and New Year.

On December 7, 2005, Carol,Hu, Chief Representative of Beijing Office of USCF flew to Shanghai, having discussions on cooperation of projects with USCF’s members and customers in Shanghai.

On December 9, 2005, Larry Lee, president of USCF and Qiu Sheng Yun, former Consul General in NY and executive director of USCF had a meeting on cooperation of projects with ROSE Marie, CEO of Cornerstone Company.

On December 11, 2005, Larry Lee, president of USCF flew to Shenyang and Dalian, having talks with local government officials and members of USCF.

On December 14, 2005, Larry Lee, president of USCF and Wang Di, Assistant of Art and Culture Exchange Department of USCF were invited to attend the dinner party of 2006 Spring Festival organized by China Research Institute for International Issues. Larry had a pleasant meeting with Ambassador Ma, Head of China Research Institute for International Issues, giving Ambassador Ma best wishes from USCF at the party.

On December 16, 2005, Larry Lee, president of USCF and executive director of organizing committee of 2005 China Model Contest, flew to Shanghai to attend the regional, final contest of China Model Contest.

On December 18, 2005, Larry Lee flew to Shenzhen to coordinate work related to 2005 China Model Contest Final.

On December 19, 2005, Qiu Sheng Yun, vice chairman, executive director, senior advisor of USCF and Wang Di, Assistant of Art and Culture Exchange Department of USCF were invited to attend a concert named “ Combination of Eastern and Western culture, Unison of Guqin and piano”, which was held in Baoli Theater. Liu Shi Kun, Bao Hui Qiao, well-known pianists in China, and Li Xiang Ting, Gong Yi, Guqin masters all gave their excellent performances at this concert.

The training program in US organized by USCF proceeded smoothly. Dr. Scallberg, vice president of US Monterey University had decided to visit China in middle January 2006. Dr. Scallberg and Larry Lee would fly to Shanghai, Hainan, Beijing and other cities in China to supervise the work related to this program.

In late December, all employees in Shenyang Office of USCF, on behalf on Larry Lee, president of USCF, sent New Year postcards to provincial, municipal officials; officials of US Consulate in Shenyang and all friends of USCF, who have been supporting USCF for many years, the postcards conveyed USCF’S best wishes to the friends.

Shangyang Office of USCF had launched new version of USCF brochure named “Lofty Mountain Stream, Long lived Friendship” in late December to celebrate the arrival of New Year of 2006.The brochure is accepted widely and appreciated highly by people from all walks of society in China and the US. This brochure recorded many successful exchange programs between the two great peoples in China and the US in various sectors for over ten years. NASDAQ, China Charity Federation, Monterey Institute and other government agencies and institutions have their corporate image pages in this brochure. Currently, next version of USCF brochure is under preparation. All enquiries from companies and institutions home and abroad for corporate image pages in this brochure are welcomed.
