News Letter of USCF for November, 2004

(1) On the morning November 2, 2004, Larry Lee, president of USCF met with Mr. Liu Yingchu, Deputy Secretary of Shenyang City Council at Shenyang City Council.
(2) On the afternoon of November 2, 2004, president Larry Lee exchanges views in various areas with Mr. Kang Dawei, Consul General arrived at the position recently in Shenyang. 
(3) On November 4, 2004, president Larry Lee had talks with Mr. Chang Xuwei, Chairman of Shenyang Green Island and Forest Co., Ltd. on the cooperation issues, including the Green Island School and the Green Island International Hotel.
(4) In the middle November 2004, Larry Lee, president of USCF met with Mr. Li Zhizhong, vice president of Hong Kong Bailibao Investment Co., Ltd. 
(5) On November 7, 2004, Larry Lee, president of USCF met with Mr. Kenneth Jarret, Vice Consul General of the American embassy in Hong Kong, who is an old friend of USCF. They exchanged views on the issues of preparation of “World Environmental Protection Forum of 2005”, the result of American presidential election and the Sino-US relationship.
(6) On November 13, 2004, Larry Lee, president of USCF met with Mr. Nick Clements, Investment Advisor of USCF, exchanging views on the Training Program at Beijing Switzerland Hotel. 
(7) The cooperation between Shenyang No.11 High School and USCF regarding Sino-US Joint Venture School has been discussed many times. The two parties reached a draft agreement. On November 24, 2004, the signing ceremony of “Sino-US Joint Venture School” was held at Shenyang No.11 High School. The draft agreement of Sino-US Joint Venture School was signed by Li Dafu, president of Shenyang No.11 High School and president Larry Lee. 
The objective of establishing the joint venture school:
Party A and Party B agree to establish a joint venture school (hereinafter collectively referred to as Sino-US Friendship School). All students of the Sino-US Friendship School can obtain their diplomas of high school, recognized by both the Unite States and China after finishing their courses stipulated in the curriculum accepted by U.S. and Chinese Ministry of Education and passing related examinations. The graduates of Sino-China Friendship School can take entrance examination to university in China or directly apply for studies in universities in the US, Canada, Australia and European countries of their own accords. 
Structure of the Sino-US Friendship School: 
The Sino-US Friendship School will set up administration commission. Mr. Li Dafu, the Principle of 11th Middle School and Mr. Larry Lee, president of the Unite States and China Foundation will be jointly appointed as the chief committeemen, Mr. Jiao Yanqing for the deputy chief committeeman, Mr. Li Jie for deputy chief committeeman. An education specialist from America should be appointed by foreign side as deputy chief committeeman, and institutions such as office will be set up.
(8) On November 27, 2004, Larry Lee left for the Unites States to explore overseas markets. He met with VIPs and advisors of USCF including Erick, Tim, Diana, Jannie. It was reported that an old people named Zhong Yanyu collected more than 300 copies of magazines and newspaper about former US president Clinton by Shenyang Contemporary Commercial Times. Mr. Zhong wanted to contribute his collection to Clinton Library to express his good wishes when he known the library was open to the public. And Larry Lee, president of USCF decided to help the old man and let his dream come true when he was in U.S. On December 2, 2004, the valuable collection was presented to Clinton’s Office located in No. 125 Street at the west of Manhattan in New York. An office staff agreed to present it to former president Clinton in person and expressed her gratefulness to Mr. Zhong.
