1. In late March 2004, an agreement was finally reached that Yang Dexin, president of Dalian Railway University will take up the post of president in China International University. Mr. Yang discussed the project details with Mr. Larry Lee, President of USCF.

2. On March 15, 2004, Su Qiang, Chairman of Shenyang Huachen Jinbei Auto Co. Ltd, had a talk with Larry Lee, President of USCF. Both parties exchanged ideas on USCF promoting Huachen Jinbei’s sales in US.

3. On March 16, 2004, Sun Fengxiang, Chairman of Shenyang Fengxiang Group, had a talk with Larry Lee, President of USCF. USCF agreed to introduce Fengxiang Group an American strategic partner.

4. Larry Lee, President of USCF, met with local government officials who highly appraised the effort made by USCF.

5. USCFF is planning to hold Song Zuying Concert at Carnegie Hall in New York on Sep. 9.

6. Larry Lee, President of USCF, accompanied by USCF member Wang Yuzhen and Art & Culture Supervisor Julia Zhu, visited the China International University Training Center in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area. They received enthusiastic welcome and entertainment from the training center and local banking professionals as well.

7. Larry Lee, President of USCF, and Qiaoxing Group reached an agreement on cooperation of establishing China International University.

8. USCF and President Plaza Company agreed to welcome a former US leader to visit the group in next spring.
