News Letter of USCF for April, 2003

Each program of USCF does not be laid off though it was impacted by SARS. Everything is right on the way with intense and orderly step.

Mr. Larry Lee, president of USCF has returned to China from USA in the end of April. When he was in America, President Lee communicated with our advisers and experts in the states (including Nick Clements, Jesses Watkins, William Harrison, Kang Liu, etc.) of our foundation on the recent major works and also discussed the next works with them.

About the cooperation with wellknown Chinese digital medical equipments company, President Lee has exchanged views with Mr. William Harrison (Chairman of Harvest Investment Corporation) and Mr. Kim Russell, (CEO of MedScan and expert on medical equipment.) And now the project is on an active operation.

President Lee flew to North Carolina and made a further communication with universities there about the cooperation on the establishment of International University program, getting further progress. And one of major US University has signed a commitment letter in state with our foundation, appointing USCF to be in charge of the project in China.

Recently, because of the impact of SARS, the former US chief official has post pond his spring visit to China. In Connecticut, President of USCF, Mr. Larry Lee has discussed the special factor on the issue with Mr. Nick Clements, the general coordinator for the event, and the adviser of USCF, USCF will rearrange the former US chief official’s China visit. It was preliminarily fixed on this fall. At the appointed time, related activities about the visit will be held according the original schedule in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Nanjing, and Beijing. Every parties agreed that this important event won’t be canceled, reversibly, we will do an even better job for the special arrangements in P.R.C.---Since it’s very important for both US and China, and supported by the both governments and local people.

Every office of USCF has sent our greetings to the members and advisers of USCF during SARS period. Every copartner and member of USCF, please note that Beijing office is in the holidays for May 1st, and will be on re-open on May 12th due to SARS situation in Beijing.
