About Mr. Hua Jinzhou
Photographer Hua Jin Zhou, born in Wuxi in 1946, Jiangsu province, China, is a professional diplomat and a senior member of China Photographers Association. He used to be diplomatic secretary and cultural consul of Chinese Embassy in India , Sri Lanka and Canada ; cultural attaché of Chinese Embassy in UK ; Consul General of Chinese Consulate in Thailand and Houston .

Mr. Hua Jinzhou loves life, nature, photography and music. Besides diplomacy, he devoted himself to taking pictures of landscape and people’s custom in the countries where he carried out his career. He composed musical pieces and songs for local Chinese communities. Always carrying enhancing cultural communication between China and other countries in his mind, his devotions enabled him to make more friends and enriched him of his diplomacy as well. He established good relations with foreign senior officials through photography and music, gained high praise from presidents of all these countries; got on harmoniously with ordinary citizens enjoying good reputation as ---‘a beloved diplomat by people’
Photography and music are not only his hobbies but a vital part of his career; which facilitated his diplomacy; characterized his working style and personality, and to some extend, automatically improved the image of Chinese diplomats. Mr. Hua Jinzhou pursues artistic perfection. His works have won many awards home and abroad, since they bear elegancy, enthusiasm, firmness and philosophy, exhibit the combination of both Chinese and foreign culture, also reveal the integration of tradition and modern. Due to his fantastic painting skills, Hua Jinzhou can make viewers experience the poetic and picturesque beauty in his photographic works. After former Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing viewed Hua’s photographic works, he made his remark ‘Poetic and Picturesque Beauty’
