During February 13 till February 14, USCF President Larry Lee and USCF senior advisor, former Consul General of Chinese Consulate to Houston Hua Jinzhou were invited to attend ‘The opening ceremony for China International Culture and Media Center Shanghai Branch’ as well as a charity activity in Shanghai . During their stay in Shanghai , USCF Chief Representative Song Dingyuan accompanied President Lee and Mr. Hua and inspected several exhibition venues at which the photo show ‘The Light and Shade in the Eyes of a Diplomat’ would be held. USCF old friend, President of Shanghai Culture and Broadcasting Group, Xue Peijian also met with President Lee and Mr. Hua and made many valuable and constructive suggestions on this photo show.

President Lee and his group also met Chinese well-known Erhu-player Ms. Ma Xiaohui in Shanghai . Both parties had a comprehensive discussion on Sino-US exchange programs in the future.
