On the evening of 5th November, President of USCF, Larry Lee, flew to Hannan office to inspect work there.

On the morning of 6th November, President of USCF, Larry Lee, had a significant and productive talk with standing vice director of Propaganda Department of Hainan Provincial CPC in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere. During this talk, vice director Zhang Songlin said they would give great support to the first 2009 New Year Concert on Hainan Island . And later, President Li and Chief of Art Department, Liu Xi, had a pleasant and detailed discussion on this concert.

On the morning of 10th November, President Lee met with Secretary-general of Entrepreneurs Association of Hainan, Leng Mingquan at USCF Hainan office. They talked about a wide range of issues and exchanged views on this concert in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere. Mr. Leng Mingquan showed great interest and later they had a detailed discussion on this concert-related cooperation. This meeting produced fruitful results.

On the morning of 11th November, USCF Hainan Representative Office received the official confirmation from Propaganda Department of Hainan Provincial CPC, which agreed to host this concert.

On the morning of 11th November, President Lee and the staff of USCF Hainan office went to Haikou People’s Great Hall to examine the concert venue, and booked this venue three days for this concert. In the afternoon, President Lee finished his inspection in Hainan and returned to Beijing .
