Distinguished guests were invited to lunch at the new Federal Reserve Bank in Houston honoring a former Ambassador from China, Mr. Qui Shengun and hosted by Ms. Robbie P. de Vries, President of Oilfield Systems and Honorary Lt. Governor of Oklahoma. Don Bowers lead a tour of the facilities after lunch for the participants, which included Mr. and Mrs. Larry Lee, Pres. and Founder of the US-China foundation, Dr. Carl Ruthstrom, Associate Dean of the School of Business at the University of Houston Downtown, Tom Moyers, VP of Business Development at Cameron and Bryan Emerson of Starlight Capital, Inc..
