On the evening of July 3, 2006, the evening before 230th anniversary of the foundation of the United States of America, Larry Lee, was invited by Mr. Kenneth Jarrett, Consul General of the American Consulate in Shanghai, to attend an banquet party held in Shanghai Portman Hotel celebrating this anniversary. Larry met many officials from the American Consulate in Shanghai and Shanghai municipal officials and local celebrities at this party.

On July 4, 2006, Larry Lee, president of USCF met with many business leaders and USCF members during his visit in Shanghai. In the afternoon, Larry had extensive discussions on cooperation with Mr. Luo, marketing manager of Neusoft in Shanghai.
