On November 22, 2005, Qu Sheng Yun, senior advisor of USCF had a friendly meeting with Larry Lee, president of USCF. They reached a draft agreement on Qu’s acting as executive director of USCF, standing vice chairman of USCF. As a senior advisor of USCF, Qu contributed great enthusiasm and support to the work of USCF for many years.
