USCF was most favored in Beijing personnel-recruiting market
USCF participated in the 2005 job fair of Renmin University of China

Since the beginning of this year, more and more applications for USCF in forms of letter, telephone call or emails are received. In order to recruit talented people, we accepted the special invitation from Renmin University of China and joined in the 2005 job fair at its campus. The administrative vice-president Feng Jun came to welcome Larry Lee, the president of USCF, at our exhibition stand. There are students from Renmin University of China, Qinghua University, the Central University of Finance and Economics, China University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Normal University and other universities in and out of Beijing area waited before our stand. Their enthusiasm impressed us and made our booth become the most popular booth all day long.

In the past ten years, the outstanding performance of US-China Foundation and steady development of our products won universal praise and made USCF a widely reputable name. To widen the scope of operation at USCF, we are in need of talented people with all around knowledge of culture, diplomacy, education, finance, media and marketing. There were quite a lot of talented students couldn’t wait to hand over their resumes and showed great interests in the internationalized and colorful work at USCF. The newly graduates hope to devote all themselves on the bridge of communication, show their talents on the stage between two nations.

In the afternoon, there were still so many students stands in lines to apply for USCF although we had already run out of brochures. Even at the end of this job fair, they waited and asked about the relating information about our foundation and recruiting requirements. Our staffs suggested them to see more information on our website and promised them to read everyone’s resumes as soon as possible. By the end of day, we totally received over 600 resumes and application letters.

This recruitment task plays an important role for our development. With the joining of newly graduates, we believe USCF will become more lively and vigorous which will definitely deepen the friendship and promote the cooperation and communication between China and the US.
