Detailed Rules and Regulations for Attracting Investment 
(a). 'Outstanding Figures Award'

(I). 'the 40th Anniversary of US-China Public Diplomacy • the Award Ceremony for Outstanding Figures of US-China Public Diplomacy' is an international great event, so we welcome the interested enterprises to participate in it and make use of this platform to attain the internationalization of their corporate images and brands.

(II). Seek exclusive sponsors that have economic and business relations between America and China, or those that have made great contributions for Sino-US relations, especially those that have industries in both America and China or have the intention to overseas merger and acquisition. The Sponsorship fee is 5 million RMB.

(III). Return Ways:
(i).the sponsors can enjoy the rights and interests of the organization right of the whole activity. They can use such rights and interests to the brand packaging, television ads, print ads in the scope of the contract.
(ii). The chairman or the general manager of the sponsor company will be elected into the list of the 40 Outstanding Figures who have made great contributions for Sino-US relations, and as the 40 Outstanding Figures of continuing with the past and opening up the future and starting the new page of US-China Public Diplomacy, they will be awarded the designation ‘Outstanding Figure for Sino-US Public Diplomacy’ and obtain 'Outstanding Contribution Award for Sino-US Friendship' .
（iii）. there will be a short video for the sponsor enterprise made by the team for Academy Awards at this Award Ceremony. Moreover, the corporate leader will be given a short poem written by famous poet and the poem will be read as the Presentation Words.
(iv). The host will arrange the meetings between the corporate leader and the officials and the celebrities of China and America, and the interviews from the mainstream medias of China and America.

(b). Presenters
(I). Except mayors from US and China, there are 3 to 5 entrepreneurs who will sign contracts with all the mayors. All of them will award 39 honored people with Sino-US friendship Outstanding Contribution Award. 
(II). Conditions for presenters: He should have business relationship between US and China, or Chinese enterprise which is willing to explore the markets in north American and overseas. 
(III). The sponsorship fee(voluntarily given by the award presenting guests): RMB 1million.
