Ben Shenglin, the CEO of JP Morgan Chase in China , and Cao Lu , the Vice President of the Bank, accompanied by UCSF President Larry Lee visited Shenyang and seek the opportunity of setting up a branch bank in Shenyang , on the evening of June 24th. Meanwhile, President Ben had met with the government officials of Shenyang introduced by President Lee

On the morning of June 25th, President Lee arranged President Ben and Vice President Luke Lu Cao to visit Sino-American Plaza Project which is located at central business district in Shenyang Hunnan New District - next to the Olympic Center. During the visit, President Meng, our strategic partner, explained in details the project to them. After the visit, President Lee and President Ben came to the administrative committee of Hunnan as arrangement to meet Mr. Yang Yazhou, head of Hunnan and a Vice Mayor of Shenyang, the director of administration committee and the secretary of CPC. During the meeting with mayor Yang, President Ben introduced the financial conditions of JP Morgan Chase and explained the prudent operation and global marketing strategy of increasing their financial service market shares during the global financial crisis. He also stressed the aim of this visit was to set up the branch bank in Shenyang . After hearing the explanation from president Ben, mayor Yang gladly said that the government hoped JP Morgan Chase could set up the branch bank in Shenyang as soon as possible and welcomed JP Morgan Chase could set up in Hunnan, besides that, the whole government would fully support this project. Then, President Lee also explained the present status of Sino-American Plaza in Hunnan central business area, which is the important project of USCF and have signed the cooperation agreement between USCF and the developer, so President Meng, the developer, was also present at the meeting. President Meng said this project was introduced by then Mayor Chen Zhenggao, and he also took part in the signing ceremony. President Meng also said this project would be his last master work in Shenyang and very confident that the Plaza would be put into use within two years.

This was very pleasant meeting. In the end, mayor Yang emphasized that he hopes everyone would reside in Hunnan, and if there were any difficulties during the development of this project, he would try his best to resolve them.

In the afternoon, President Lee arranged for President Ben to visit the Financial Development Zone in Shenyang . Xiao Zhenliang, the deputy district head who takes charge of finance in Shenhe district, introduced the whole development and the layout of the project of this Financial Development Zone. On behalf of Mr. Pang, the chief executive of the district, he also hoped JP Morgan Chase could set up the branch bank in Financial Development Zone.

The visit of President Ben had received the high attention from Liaoning Provincial Government. After the report of Wang Jindi, the director of Liaoning Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, governor Chen Zhenggao had asked vice governor Chen Yingchao to meet with president Ben at Friendship Hotel at half past five that afternoon. Vice governor Chen welcomed JP Morgan Chase to enter Shenyang, and president Ben said this trip was very worthy and the branch bank in Shenyang would as soon as possible with the full support from Liaoning Provincial Government. The pleasant and warm atmosphere was throughout the meeting, at the end of it, they both offered the gifts to each other. Governor Chen had a dinner together with President Ben that evening, over the meal; Governor Chen praised USCF to do another good thing for Liaoning.

During the meeting and the dinner, Wang Jindi, the director of Liaoning Provincial Foreign Economic and Trade Commission, and Jia Wei, the head of Liaoning Provincial Financial Office, were both present.

This visit to Shenyang produced fruitful expected results for President Ben.

President Lee and President Ben both flew back to Beijing on the morning of June 26th
